Module 8: Group Exercise
Session Highlights: This session acts as a conclusion to all the learning participants have achieved over the 2 day programme. It’s a highly competitive environment where groups get to interact, strategise and plan a solution collectively.
Each group nominates a leader to represent them who inturn takes on the role to present a top line strategy on the task provided. The case study material is distributed at the beginning of the workshop and through the sessions participants are encouraged to take down notes on developing a strategy & solution.
This both a great academic and fun exercise as it makes participants think on their toes and also as a group.
