| Job Description & Role in Office |
Ideal candidate will have 3 years of work experience in an administrative / office management role.
Candidate should have the ability to multitask and take on various projects at the same time – this job is suited for someone who is resourceful and can take independent charge of projects. The successful candidate would be a good organizer, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and detail oriented individual. |

| Day to Day Responsibilities : |
- Key lead on managing all courses, events & workshops for the Institute
- Managing student admission & course registration
- Will be the main resource for student interaction and engagement
- Correspondence and interaction with Faculty members
- Content Administration for all courses
- Venue Selection, Coordination & Management
|
| Qualifications & Expertise Requirements |
Candidate must be proficient in English – with good communication skills, must be well versed in MS office especially in Power Point. Should be proactive and multitask where required. |

| Remuneration |
Based on experience and qualification. Salary package will match industry standards. Bonuses given will be linked to performance. |

| Sales & Marketing Manager |

| Job Description & Role in Office |
The key focus area for this role is to reach out to CEO’s, HR managers & Marketing heads across all business verticals to sell training programmes, workshops & events. Also to approach management & marketing institutes to include the IDMI course content and structure into their curriculums. |

| Day to Day Responsibilities : |
- Develop an annual sales plan with targets & marketing budget
- Develop leads across business verticals for training & workshops
- Develop opportunities with management Institutes for courses & content
- Interact with course coordinator on developing sales presentation kits etc
- Convert prospects & leads based on sales targets
- Work on a marketing plan for the IDMI and interact with vendors

| Qualifications & Expertise Requirements |
The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of sales experience to corporate companies. Candidates with experience in selling corporate training, hotel sales & Event marketing / background would be preferred. |

| Remuneration |
Based on experience and qualification. Salary package will match industry standards. Bonuses given will be linked to target achievement with on spot cash incentives. |
